Paris Riots as Factions Clash Over Loubet Standoff

At 6:30 p.m. in Paris a crowd gathered before Libre Parole offices shouting Panama and Down with Loubet. Police arrested several. Deputy Millevoye and a friend were seized. A sergeant was wounded with a sword stick. fighting spread as rioters attacked Petit Journal and barracks exits. By midnight about 200 arrests, mostly anti Semites. Millevoye released at 1 a.m.
