Court Roundup: Arson and Larceny Trials Listed

Before Judge Mason, Joseph Driscoll and George Cottell face arson charges while Michael Conley is charged with larceny. Jennie Ring pleads guilty to idle and disorcerly conduct and is placed on probation. Dexter H. Wallace pleads guilty to indecent exposure and is sentenced to eight months at the house of correction.

Municipal Courts Feb 18 Case Docket Highlights

In central court Judge Parmenter John McDonald fined 100 dollars and costs for selling liquor to a minor at 92 Brighton. Several others were held for court including Dennis Denning as an escaped convict, Henry Collins and John Nesbitt for assault, Annie McDonald a nightwalker, Andrew McCormick violating the saloon law, and Mary J. Steadman sentenced for larceny. Roxbury cases include John Carrol and others charged with breaking and entering, with various bail sums. Joseph Kimmett sent to house of correction for a year on larceny, and Frank Williams held on breaking and entering and larceny charges.
