Boston Boot Firm Wins $30,000 Judgment Against Fletcher

A despatch reports E. B., Redpath & Bros. of 70 Pearl Street, on behalf of 41 creditors, secured a $30,000 judgment in Indianapolis against Michael Fletcher of Lebanon Indiana for a conspiracy to defraud. Fletcher allegedly shipped goods via Western Indiana and Chicago to Indianapolis, with Redpath attaching about 15,060 in goods. A criminal conspiracy action may be pursued. Sage & Co. holds a small claim.
