Solomon Lewenberg prominent Boston attorney and registered probateopter was stricken with pneumonia last week and died yesterday at his Dorchester home. Appointed Dec. 13 to fill a Suffolk County probate vacancy, he was to be sworn in Dec. 19. He leaves a wife, three sons and a daughter. Funeral services set for tomorrow at his home and at Chabei Shalom in East Boston.
