The arrest of a woman named Miss Sarah San chez at 25 Garfield Street Cambridge was challenged as a mistake. Police had charged Mrs Frederico Sanchez Guerra of 124 Oxford Street Cambridge wife of the Cuban consul at Boston with theft of an assortment of clothing items valued at 11.60.

Musgrove aged 30 of 11 Tramore Road Somerville died instantly at 3:45 PM after being struck by a planking piece that fell from the sixth floor of the incomplete Commerce building at Beacon and Someriet streets. Division 3 police on Joy Street investigate to identify the worker responsible for dropping the board from the 12th floor.
Sergeant Brooks continues the investigation into a plank accident at Joy street. A tentative report says no witness saw the plank fall on Musgrove while John O. Sullivan of 76 Sagamore Street Revere stood nearby and heard the gasp before the man collapsed. The plank measured about four feet long two inches thick and ten inches wide.
