Everett Boy Arrested for Assault on 18-Year-Old
Arthur Boardman a 15 year old Everett resident of 28 Ferry Street was arrested last night on a charge of assault and battery against an 18 year old Everett girl. Police say the attack occurred about nine o clock in an isolated Elm Street spot. a responding officer found the girl semi conscious with torn clothing. The assailant had fled and was later identified by the girl.

Deere hunting tragedy leaves son dead in Bangor

Newton Man Denies Promise to Marry

New Haven Employee Sentenced for Manslaughter
Arthur T. Bradley of Meriden, a trolley car pilot, pleaded guilty to manslaughter after a change from not guilty following a conference of counsel. He received a three month jail term for the collision with a New York New Haven and Hartford passenger train on October 10 near Westfield.

Inventor of Woolen Mill Machinery Dies at 66
The inventor of card feed and wool washer died today after a long illness at age sixty six. He had served as a member of the Fulton worsted mills company in Fulton North Carolina before its sale in 1900 to the American Woolen Company. His pioneering card feed device made him prosperous.
