Life ending bid after forgery arrest in Charlestown

Harry Wade a well known Charlestown sportsman attempted suicide last night after being arrested on a forgery charge for allegedly obtaining 135 dollars from a bank using Mrs Ellen Boynton of 4 Mill Street's name. Wade drew a revolver in the vestibule and shot himself. he was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital in critical condition.
