Irish Political Message on Conscription and Union

The document argues for universal conscription across free democracies and condemns exemptions for Ireland. It claims Irish Republicans split, with one fourth to one third dissenting from John Dillon and party leaders. It defends Ulster industry and union with Great Britain as the path to liberty, criticizes Home Rule and Nationalists for opposing self-determination, and denounces ecclesiastical support of opposition to conscription as spiritual intimidation.
