London reports an anti-Bolshevik movement growing strong while Bolshevik Soviet structure collapses. Premier Lenin and War Minister Trotzky reportedly plan to flee to Germany if crisis worsens, per recent Russian newspapers via Exchange Telegraph from Copenhagen.
Yesterday morning Mrs. Joseph E Perry and her three daughters Lucile 16 Margaret 13 Eugenia 7 were found dead of gas poisoning in the second floor bathroom at 83 Upham street Malden. The second eldest daughter is reported as a victim of apparent suicide in pact with her mother.
German submarine attacks off Georges Banks sink multiple fishing vessels including the local fleet. Several crews are reported lost or captured, with prisoners taken by the submarine.
