Tarring and Feathering Indictments in Ocean City Case

Cape May April 26 grand jury indicted Robert Clark Wesley Sharp Elwood Sutton Warren Smith Henry Kaiback Edward Pickering and John Marts for assault and battery and conspiracy in the October tarring and feathering of Harry Anderson driving him from Ocean City over alleged immoral conduct. Some witnesses turned state's evidence. All indicted residents are well connected.

Aguinaldo Crushed and Peace in Sight Rally Crashed

Washington telegram reports Lawton and MacArthur uniting forces at Norzagaray Angat to drive the rebel army from Calumpit. Casualties slight.
