A suit for divorce was filed by Mrs. Ethel I York of Winthrop against Charles F York of Boston and Winthrop, owner of Charles F York Co 7 Water Street. She alleges cruel treatment and a statutory offense by an unknown person. The couple married February 14 1902 and have lived in Boston and Winthrop. York could not be reached but friends expect a general denial and challenge to the case.
