Offer of Will Contested by Widow in Equity Suit

Mrs Helen M Barlow of Boston files a bill in the Supreme Court asserting that before marrying Albert Barlow of Milton he promised to leave her all his estate by will in exchange for marriage. She says the marriage occurred Aug 28 1916 and the will was made May 29 1916. Her brother in law Frederick Barlow contests the will claiming the marriage revoked it. She seeks to bar the challenge to probate. Albert Barlow aged 60 managed Davenport Rubber Company and the estate is worth about 30000 to 40000.
