Tragic Fall Injures Fitchburg Brakeman Near Acton

About 8 pm yesterday Thomas Owens of South Action, a Fitchburg railroad brakeman, was found unconscious near South Acton. He was taken to Massachusetts General Hospital with a fractured skull and several ribs. Officials believe he fell from a train and his injuries are likely fatal.

Pension Decision Reverses Prior Ruling in Ammerman Case
