Runaway Horses in Melrose Injure Two Women
In Melrose on April 1 Miss Elsie Isburgh daughter of C H Isburgh and Miss Ina Wheildon were thrown from frightened horses near Linden and Green streets after an electric car approached. Isburgh suffered facial injuries several teeth knocked out a bruised body and possible leg fracture while Wheildon had minor injuries. Carl Isburgh rushed to the scene with a spirited horse and was thrown to the ground though he escaped with a severe shake up.

The woman, about 5 feet 5 inches tall with red dish brown hair and a keen nose, weighed around 110 pounds.
