Publication summons the sheriff of Fannin County to compel J. W. Stephens to appear before the County Court in Bonham on the first Monday in July 1907 for a suit filed March 8 1907 by Planters National Bank of Honey Grove Texas. The bank seeks judgment on a promissory note dated March 12 1903 for 475 75 with 10 percent interest and attorney fees, plus costs. The note allegedly owed 750 to the plaintiff.
