Fragmentary testimony references Simmons Liver Regulator for constipation while jurists discuss a murder case in Georgia. Witnesses describe jealousy and marital strife in the defendant's past, with prosecutors resting and defense witnesses testifying before continuation on the fourth page.
Mrs Elizabeth Ulmer celebrated her eightieth birthday with a family reunion at her home south of the city. About fifty five relatives gathered for a noon dinner and social reminiscences. Also reported are the marriage of John Z Brickley and Ida Frees at the Central avenue home and the wedding of Frank Wasson and Lola Wibel at eight o'clock last Thursday.
A cloud of witnesses testified in the Liberty murder case, with eight jurors chosen. Jonathan Campbell and Ella Campbell described the shooting at Siberry’s home on May 14 1890, and John Siberry’s revolver was handed to witnesses. Additional statements from Mary Crane Benjamin Clark and others described prior quarrels and threats.
