The copy claims it improves blood circulation, skin, digestion, nerves, and kidney function, with testimonials and pricing of one dollar per bottle or six for five dollars, sold by M. A. Blout in Coshocton, Ohio.
James W. Sale returned from the Feeble Minded home at Fort Wayne where he served on the board. He brought home photographs of departments to be sent to the World's Fair. The home houses over a thousand inmates and is described as a beehive of workers with extensive activities.
The administrator of the estate of Hiram Hatfield will sell at public auction at his late residence two miles north of Murray on Thursday April 28 1904 at 9 am. Items include three horses 11 head of cattle 32 hogs and pigs 25 tons hay 60 bushels wheat 60 bushels oats 100 bushels corn farming implements wagons harness and household goods. Union township residents oppose a proposed graded school, listing reasons against the project. They argue a three room Zanesville school would be abandoned and the new building would cost taxpayers too much.

The shipment arrives on schedule and a camp wagon brings the fresh loafs, much to the Greeks’ satisfaction, as American bread offends their taste and memories of home.
Rev. Jno Cox of Wake Ark recounts twelve years of yellow jaundice and relief after using Electric Bitters. The ad urges Electric Bitters for liver kidney stomach and general debility with a five cent guarantee by Chas C Deam and a 50 cent price.
The Frank Wade restaurant was sold Friday to Simon Nuenschwander from near Berne. The deal finalized yesterday with Nuenschwander taking possession and serving a first meal at supper. John Porter remains with the firm to oversee the hinch counter as Wade departs for a northern state visit and plans to return later to make this city his home.
A testimonial from Mias T. V. Williams of Sainsburg Michigan touts Chamberlain's Stomach and Liver Tablets as a guaranteed remedy for distress in the stomach sour stomach and vomiting spells. Sold by Davenport and Ehle.
The Commercial endorses Col I B McDonald of Columbia City for state commander at the Warsaw state meeting next June. Stough Post No 181 G A R backs his candidacy, citing his Union service and loyal post involvement. Citizens are urged to support him.
Paul Ersham, whose saloon was destroyed by fire, will not reopen at the old stand. The building owner will not repair until Paul’s license expires. Ersham may seek a refund of an unused license from the auditor but has not decided his next steps.
Asa Brown of Jacksons township appeared before Justice Walbert on a charge of assault and battery against Ed Fornshell from an early February fight at John Nunemacher's dance. Brown slashed Fornshell with a pocket knife, fled, then returned to plead guilty. Brown was fined $20 and costs about $28, and released on bail for thirty days.
The ad claims good spirits come from a healthy liver and touts Green's August Flower as the best medicine for the liver and stomach. It warns against a bad liver and indigestion, stating the remedy has sold for over thirty five years with trial sizes and regular bottles available at druggists.

A Hizey & Co. Ossian sold the dry goods and grocery department to Arthur F. Roe. Lon Kreigh will clerk for Mr Roe. A Bizey becomes sole owner of the furniture and undertaking department and will sell buggies. Roe, formerly of Roe Bros, had joined after the Roe Bros sale to Elzey & Co.

Johnston to sell at public auction on May 7 1904 between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. the rents and profits for up to seven years from the described real estate in Wells county Indiana including a two acre tract and three lots in Liberty Center.
