Acquittal Ruling in SRC Thefts
In Wheeling Ohio County Court a jury acquitted Paul E. Nichols of grand larceny in a tire theft case tied to seven indictments. Nichols, a former equipment supervisor for the State Road Commission, was cleared on the tire theft charge while co-defendants Mose, Philip, and George Petros pled guilty to four indictments. Woodmen Plan Boys Club at Camp 217 in Princeton
