Fountain Springs plans OK'd by EDA for Monroe County park
Peterstown final plans for Fountain Springs Industrial Park were approved by the U S Economic Development Administration and bids will be sought for a 30 000 square-foot multi tenant building at the 22 acre site. The project is funded by a 960 000 EDA grant and 760 000 in loans with first occupants likely a specialty furniture maker.
