Miss Dorothy Simonsen a 17 year old Billings girl died after a car driven by John LaPoint struck her car from behind on Laurel road as she repaired a flat tire. Three youths in LaPoint's car were held on possible manslaughter charges amid reports of intoxication and blinded by headlights.
