SGHS Board of Trustees approved an option to purchase about 20 acres west of the current athletic field for a new high school. The $80,000 land price would allow 180 days to decide. $100 was paid to hold, with engineering studies and soil tests underway.

Grade School tuition policy set at Big Timber Grade School
The Big Timber Grade School board approved a tuition policy on June 9 setting ten dollars per month or ninety dollars per year. Kindergarten tuition is half that amount for half-day students.
