Driver Exonerated In Highway Death
A coroner's jury absolved Charles T. Bowman of Idaho Falls of blame in the death of Evelyn Marlene Lamach killed on U S Highway 10 in Big Timber Montana. Lamach died December 5 1960 at about 410 pm from injuries in the accident caused by reportedly running into the trailer after the truck passed. The jury found no evidence of driver negligence. Jurors were Byron Manley Gerald Etzold A R Collins Jr Ray Bieber Ray Esp and Clive Haas.

Mrs. Bertha Dahle 74, former Gibson area resident, died in Belgrade after living in California and Belgrade near her two sons Omar and Elmer Satre. Born January 25, 1886 in Bergen Norway, she married Louis Satre in 1911 and Ole Dahle in 1923. Survivors include two sons, siblings in Norway and California, four grandchildren, and several half-siblings. Funeral plans set for Big Timber pending relatives’ word.
