Winifred Pendergast of Helena sues Paul L. Van Cleve Jr. in state district court to recover 1835.02 plus interest and costs on a judgment against Van Cleve dated March 22, 1927. Drunken driver in Anaconda faces license revocation
W J Trunk of Anaconda was arrested Sunday by Lou Boedecker and Wayne M Sexton on a driving while intoxicated charge.
