In Sweet Grass County Montana the matter of Esther J. Andrews estate calls for a court order to sell real estate. Hr. O C Andrews administrator petitions the court to authorize sale with all interested parties summoned to appear June 22 1908 at 10 am in Big Timber to show cause. Publication of this order is required weekly for four weeks in The Big Timber Pioneer.
The State of Montana applies under the February 28 1891 act for land in townships 2 south range 13 east and 31 township 2 south range 13 east. A list is posted for inspection.
