Ordinance approved the assessment, created a lien and fund, set collection rules and declared an emergency. Adjournment followed with town clerk signature.

Ordi ance No. 75 assessment in Town of Big Piney Wyoming Lond Assessment District No. 1 certified May 10 1964 allows payment of the assessment with six percent interest in thirty days or elect installment payments. Installments due May 18 1965 and annually thereafter with penalties for delinquency. Redeemable any time after thirty days by paying remaining installments with interest.
