March brought a gentle start with many visits and travel notes. Joe Murdock and son Michael visited Pinedale last Friday while John Everud and Francis Tanner flew to Omaha for a few days. Mrs Mike Melonuk and her children left for Fort Laramie to attend the State 4 H Club meeting then visit relatives in the area. Local residents entertained guests, shopped, and attended events including a dance in La Barge hosted by the Big Piney Sentimentalists. A light snow blanket briefly touched the area before melting.
