Boulder Mavericks Girls Attend Community Activities March
The group met at the Sheffey's on March 8 for demonstrations in food prep and service, including macaroni and cheese casserole, raised salad, muffins and éclairs, with labeled duties for Linda Rogers and others. They planned a shelter belt forestry site, marked trees for removal, and removed tools at the second meeting. Advanced sewing sessions at Ryburns in April covered novelty belts and garments while photos captured the display posters. The sewing girls traveled to Salt Lake City on April 22 for a Teenagers style show conducted by 2CMI.
