Reports praise Hearley Deckham for a series of talks last week visiting Big Piney Boulder Pinedale and Farm Bureau meeting. He shared his slides and answered questions amid positive comments on his travels and message.
The Board of Trustees of School District No 9 Sublette County Wyoming will sell general obligation bonds of 106000 dollars on February 1964 bids due unconditionally at 8:00 PM MST. Bonds dated March 3 1964 bear 3.25 percent interest with serial maturities 1966 1967 1968 1969 and are secured by ad valorem taxes. Bids require 2000 dollar certified checks. district may waive irregularities and reserve final sale terms.
District director John T. Clingan of the Immigration and Naturalization Service estimated that 22,0 aliens will report addresses in Colorado and Wyoming during January under the Federal Alien Address Report Program. He noted that over 21,500 aliens reported addresses in those states in January 1963.

The District Director outlines that all aliens not in diplomatic status must file an address report. Violations may bring fines up to 200 dollars, 30 days imprisonment, and possible deportation. Aliens away from the U S in January must report within 10 days after return. Report cards available January 1 1964 at the Immigration Service Office Denver and local post offices.
