Lincoln County to Hold Special Bond Election April 22 1919
Proclamation from Cheyenne dated February 28 1919 orders Lincoln County Wyoming to hold a special election April 22 1919 to decide if the state should issue two million eight hundred thousand dollars in highway bonds bearing up to five percent interest redeemable after twenty years. County officials are directed to arrange polling and appoint election clerks and furnish necessary supplies.

ORIN ROSE DIES SUDDENLY AT PINEY HOTEL
Orin Rose a young man from Utah working at the Homer ranch died suddenly last Friday morning of heart failure. The burial was held at Piney cemetery Sunday afternoon.

Payne Couple Dies From Pneumonia In Wyoming
Obituary notice reports John Payne 34 from Wheatland Wyoming and Elsie Freeman Payne died of pneumonia in Kemmerer Wyoming. Both buried in Wheatland. Two children left orphans. funeral details scarce. John survived by sister Lena Gray. Elsie left a devoted wife and mother. Both passed in March.
