A World War II veteran he worked at Landry's Laundry 11 years and served as Biddeford councilman under Mayor Deschambeault. Survived by widow Claire Ruel Cote three brothers and a sister. Funeral Friday at St Joseph's Church with calling hours at Emond Funeral Home.
