Waterboro Man Sues Maine Justices Over Bias in Courts

John D. Fallon, a Waterboro real estate broker filing pro se, alleges judicial abuse and due process violations by three Maine Superior Court justices Harry Glassman Edward Stern and Sumner Goffin plus York County Clerk Mrs Paulie Berry and three court stenographers. He seeks $90 000 in damages in a federal suit after state Supreme Court inaction on a similar complaint. He claims bias against him as a pro se litigant and accuses officials of preferential treatment toward defense counsel in two civil suits involving the Land Use Regulation Commission and two land developers. Fallon threatens disbarment and ouster of the judges and clerk, and notes he plans to reveal specifics when his petition is heard.
