Bugbee-Brown Inc of Biddeford today bought Building 1 No 17 of the Biddeford Saco Development Corp at Smith and Pearl streets Biddeford a three story brick structure about 35000 square feet to expand the local wholesale food distributor business No sale price was disclosed The owners said no definite plans exist for the current Washington street and Main street premises The firm has operated from two warehouses since 1955 with Libby and Kraft lines and runs Shop Worth stores in York and southern Cumberland counties Approximately 22 employees work for the firm The owners combined experience exceeds 100 years and Tate is president while Kearney is vice president and Mrs Kearney treasurer
