Fashion tips for Republicans bound for convention in San Francisco
A San Francisco Chronicle fashion editor warns Republicans traveling to the convention in San Francisco to avoid summer outfits. Women should leave floral dresses, pastel suits, and sleeveless attire behind and bring coats and practical walking shoes. Men should pack conservative dark suits with regimental striped or small patterned ties and skip hats. Small-heeled shoes suit city streets with steep hills.
