West Biddeford Little League selects 14 for 1964 roster

West Biddeford Little League coaches pick 14 players for the 1964 West Biddeford team led by Dutremble and Minuitti. Practice starts Friday at 6 p.m. at May Street field. Qualifying Rounds Due for Old Orchard Beach Club

Members must play their qualifying round by July 19 to enter the Old Orchard Beach Country Club championship. Art Dickson, club pro, announced three classes A B and C with one flight per class. A kickers handicap event will be held Saturday and Sunday over 18 holes.

Small Fry League Plans Tag Days in Kennebunk Area

The Small Fry League of the Kennebunk Playground hosts its 10th annual Tag Days on July 17 and 18 to fund an annual Boston trip. About 65 boys will participate across Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, and the Turnpike Howard Johnson Restaurant area with Dave Little directing and Sherm Seaward and Miss Susan Imery assisting. funds support the trip to a Boston Red Sox Chicago White Sox game on August 16.
