Boston AP reports 73 year old Joseph Maceil found his 7 foot blue spruce, planted twelve years earlier as a personal Christmas tree, stolen from his back yard while he read the newspaper. He warned his wife and realized the tree was gone.
The Saco Zoning Board of Appeals unanimously approved Texaco Inc. to build a gasoline station and car wash at 516 Main Street with three conditions for water recycling 85 percent recovery limits and 15 gallons per car discharge, drying moisture with 12 by 12 foot heat pads, and plans matching the submitted designs.
