Saco mobile home zoning case postponed for February hearing
A Maine case challenging Saco's mobile home ordinance was postponed after the Supreme Court found errors in court records. The City of Saco seeks to enforce the rule restricting mobile homes to designated parks, arguing constitutional and enactment issues. The matter stems from Priscilla Tweedie’s alleged illegal mobile home on Flag Pond Road in a C-1 zone and questions over the ordinance's validity and compensation protections.
