Bessemer Council Approves Housing Project Bid
A special meeting of the Bessemer City Council on June 20 1952 ratified the bid of Fowler Veranth Construction Company of Duluth Minnesota for 291 600 to build a 30 dwelling unit housing project and approved an amendment to raise total development cost to 367 000 and per room cost to 1957 The council also moved to adjourn with all present voting yea.
