Knights Fall to Ironwood In Season Opener Loss
St. Sebastian Knights drop to 1-1 after a 30-27 defeat to St. Michaels Holy Trinity of Ironwood. The new St. Ambrose gym drew a large crowd and the team missed 12 free throws, losing the game at the line. Sixth grader John Begalle led with 11 points, while Usialo and Mariani topped St. Michaels Holy Trinity with 11 and 12 points respectively. Next, St. Sebastian faces St. Marys of Hurley Thursday at 7:30, with a 6:30 junior game.

Mince Meat Chiffon Pie Recipe From Borden Kitchen
Simple mince meat pie with lemon chiffon topping. Combine gelatine sugar salt yolks water lemon juice and rind over heat until dissolved then fold into whipped egg white mixture. Layer mince meat in a cooled shell, top with chiffon, chill two hours and garnish with lemon slice. Makes one 9 inch pie.
