Jeffrey A Parish aged 15 died from head injuries after being thrown from a horse at the Shallowbrook Hunt and Horsemanship School in Somers Cann Officials said Parish son of Gerald J Parish and his wife of Springfield was an honor student at Classical High School and a freshman basketball teammate Funeral services were to be held at Beth El Temple this afternoon
