Local Student Joyful to Return to France After Europe Trip
Miss Joyce Fielding of 121 Fort Hill Ave. was part of Stanford University’s Europe program in Tours, France. Forty boys and forty girls studied and traveled, staying with French families and taking classes with Stanford and Poitiers faculty. Fielding recalls French life, food, and city life in Tours and Madrid, meeting the Pope in Rome, and plans to work for The Eagle after graduation.
