On Thursday morning a Bisbee violence round up of I. W. W. agitators sent 27 box cars of detainees to Columbus New Mexico for military authorities. They were returned to Hermanas where they remain marooned as federal and state authorities monitor the situation. Sheriff Harry Wheeler led the operation. Two men were killed during the roundup including Officer O P McRea who was shot by an I W W member. the shooter was killed by a deputy. McRea was related to N C McRea of St David and well known locally.

Farewell Dance for S. P. Signal Boys
