In Grenada Mississippi 162 Negro students returned to Rundle High and Horn Elementary as federal attorneys seek a permanent court order to safeguard desegregation. Dirksen Pushes Vote on Prayer Amendment in Senate

All But One Saved As Plane Is Ditched

Tally-Ho License Suspended for 10 Days

Vermont Liquor Control Board suspended the Tally-Ho on Route 7 in Pownal for selling alcohol to a minor and not requiring an adult registration card. Rutland VFW Post 648 also had its license suspended for serving liquor after legal hours. Both suspensions took effect at closing time Thursday.
