The Vermont Conference United Church of Christ at Camp Wihakowi voted to back Lifeline Electricity Service providing 400 kwh for 2.5 cents monthly. urged Vermont to raise welfare payments. supported back-to-school clothes grants and a family service center in Lamoille County. They also approved an Evangelism Task Force and funded youth treatment center support.
