Woman pastor breaks gender barrier in 111-year church run
Betty Blanton, 42, becomes sole pastor of Jacksonville Trinity Presbyterian Church, only the second woman in the Presbyterian Church in the U S to hold such a post. The West Aid United Presbyterian Church at 585 Central Ave Albany will host an antique show and sale from 11 am to 1 pm Saturday and from 11 am to 6 pm Sunday September 17.
