New Vermont Nursing Home Planned to Rise at Bennington
The Alexanders plan a 12 000 square foot, two-wing 274 foot long modern nursing home manned by registered nurses around the clock. The facility features 30 rooms, a central reception dining recreation area, a physiotherapy room and a beauty salon. It will have a sprinkler system a 9 000 gallon tank two water pumps and a roof patio. The project is funded by the Commercial Bank and Trust Co of Hoosick Falls N Y and FHA insured. The Alexanders will continue operating the existing Fairview Home after completion.
