Gerald E Morrissey Construction Co has the contract with an estimated cost of 213000 and ground breaking is expected soon awaiting completion in about six months. Architect Ernest L Erickson of Rutland designed the building with med grade standards.
Dallas County medical examiner Dr. Earl F. Rose said the autopsy on Lee Harvey Oswald showed he was physically healthy with no brain disease or heart damage beyond hemorrhage from a gunshot wound. The report details extensive abdominal injuries from the bullet and notes no food in the stomach from the morning of his death.
