New Evidence Clears Engineer Firm in Sewer Goof
Bennington selectmen backed away from blaming Morse Construction for a faulty sewer hookup on Ben Mont Avenue. They found cross lines attributed to engineers and ordered new drawings from Maguire Associates. Morse presented records showing cross lines were installed per engineering direction. Perrotta expects a $172 bill for unnecessary digging and paving, with final town payment in abeyance.
