Bennington Court docket logs multiple driving cases and fines
In Bennington District Court on Monday before Judge George M. Fienberg several defendants pleaded not guilty to traffic offenses including careless and negligent driving, driving while license suspended, and unlawful trespass. Others were found guilty or pleaded no contest to DUI, grand larceny, and theft related to incidents from 1975. Sentences included fines, restitution orders, and probationary or suspended terms with varying bail amounts.
