Manchester Board tightens road deeds and taxes on meters
Manchester Vermont boards require warranty deeds for new roads and width of right of way, and residents must have roads surveyed. They discuss parking meters costs and replacement with new models, estimate a five year payoff, and consider meter reading sharing with the water company. A town meeting to discuss the Knowles system is planned, plus traffic junction checks and telephone service updates. The Christmas tree will not be trimmed this year due to its recent transplant.
