The exhibit opens 8 p.m. Saturday for members. non members can join for 10 dollars and attend with a 5 dollar show fee. exhibition runs through Jan 7.
Hartford news notes the Wadsworth Atheneum’s third floor Avery Building galleries reopen after renovation. The 18th century European arts exhibit features Fragonard and Greuze works, Panini pieces, and a silk and silver 1775 chasuble. Hours Tue–Fri 11 am–3 pm, Sat Sun 11 am–5 pm. Admission is a suggested donation: adults $1, ages 12–18 50 cents, under 12 free.
